With an approachable attitude, Room To Rent managers are flexible with client property viewings showing through potential tenants at their request (not in designated viewing times) including evenings and weekends. We believe this has been a major factor to our success.

 

Tenants are selected on ability to pay all costs up front and ability to easily fit into a large mixed household. The average stay for these tenants tends to be six to twelve months however some tenants may choose to stay on longer term.

 

Our all inclusive landlord fees mean no nasty surprises at the end of the month – we work with you as a team – if you aren’t making an income on your property – then neither are we!!!!

We offer support from the initial house purchase and set up (including new build design suggestions) through to finding tenants and the future property sale
